15.00 Presentation of the Strategic Tourist Development Plan of the Serranía county by Skala consultants.

16.00 Introduction to the FENICIA e-learning methodology (Florida)

20.30 Meeting in the hall of the Hotel

21.00 Dinner at “Casa La Pepa” Restaurant.

09.30 Pick up at the hotel

10.00 ICT Presentation. Project website and On-line training platform (Florida).

11.00 Valorisation and sustainability strategy (Florida).

12.00 Quality management plan (Florida).

13.30 Lunch in “La Bodega” (typical Valencian Restaurant).

15.00 Administrative and Financial issues (Florida).

17.00 Visit to Valencia city

SATURDAY 18/11/06:

09.00 Pick up at the hotel and departure to Tuejar.

10.30 Welcome by representatives of Tuejar local administration and coffee break.

11.00 Visit to different companies related to the tourist sector in the town (rural guest houses cooperative, campsite, restaurants, etc).

13.30 Lunch in Casa Alvarez (rural hotel and restaurant)
