PROGRAMME OF THE SECOND MEETING IN BUDAPEST (HUNGARY)

SATURDAY 23/06/07:

 

Arrival day.

 

SUNDAY 24/06/07: TRIP TO KECSKEMÉT REGION

 

08.30 Meeting in the hall of the hotel.

09.00 Pick up at the hotel and departure to Kecskemét region.

11.00 Visit to different companies related to the tourist sector (rural guest houses, horse farms, etc).

 

12.30 Lunch in “Tanya Csarda” ( in between Lajosmizse and Kecskemet )

 

18.00 End of the meeting –Transfer to Hotel

 

MONDAY 25/06/07: MEETING AT BUDAPEST BUSINESS SCHOOL OF COMMERCE, CATERING AND TOURISM

 

09.00 Meeting in the hall of the Hotel.

09.30 Meeting at Budapest Business School of Commerce, Catering and Tourism (welcoming words by Dr. Zsolt Lenart, General Director within the Ministry of Environment).

09.45    Situation of the project in each country (15’ minutes each core partner + FCVRE)

Coffee-break

11.00 Moodle training session and discussion of methodological issues. (Pau Mendoza – Florida)

 

12.30 Lunch at the school restaurant

 

14.00 Presentation of the activities developed for the training modules (PIXEL, CIDAf and EUROPROFESSIONAL)

 

20.00 Meeting in the hall of the Hotel

20.30 Dinner at “Trofea” Restaurant. Margit korut 2

 

TUESDAY 26/06/07: MEETING AT BUDAPEST BUSINESS SCHOOL OF COMMERCE, CATERING AND TOURISM

09.30 Work Plan revision (Inma Mora – Florida)

10.30 Administrative issues (Inma Mora – Florida)

11.30 Valorisation and sustainability strategy (Inma Mora – Florida & Gustavo FCVRE).

 

12.30 Lunch at the school restaurant

 

13.30 Quality management plan (PMC members).

 

16.00 Orientation trip in Budapest

 

19.00  Reception at Budapest Business School of Commerce, Catering and Tourism. (Hosted by the Head of Tourism Institute Dr. Csilla Szalók and Prof. Csizmadia the Chairman of the National Rural Tourism Association). Guests from Hungarian tourist authorities.
