THURSDAY 15/05/08:

Arrival day. Transfer by car from Suceava airport to the hotel “Popas Turistic Bucovina” in Sucevita.

FRIDAY 16/05/08: MEETING AT POPAS TURISTIC BUCOVINA   

09.30 Meeting in the hall of the hotel.

10.00 Welcome and introduction of CIDAf and BUCOVINA Tourism association teams.

10.15 General state of the project in each country. Implementation of the training modules + dissemination activities (25’ minutes each core partner + FCVRE)

12.30 Lunch at “Popas Turistic Bucovina” Restaurant

13.30 Website revision. State of the Survival Kit (Laura Uixera – Florida)

14.30 Budget and Financial issues (Inma Mora – Florida)

16.00 Coffee break

16.15 Quality management plan. Assessment tools: Results of the training modules evaluation questionnaire (PMC members)  

SATURDAY 17/05/08: MEETING AT POPAS TURISTIC BUCOVINA

09.00 Meeting at the hotel

09.15 FORESTUR SUPPORT GUIDEBOOK. Working session (Inma Mora & Laura Uixera – Florida).

13.00 Lunch 

14.30 Valorisation and sustainability strategy. Forestur event in Brussels (Gustavo Martinie - FCVRE).

16.00 Coffee break

16.15 Work plan revision. Agreements and deadlines (Inma Mora – Florida)

SUNDAY 18/05/08: VISIT TO BUCOVINA REGION 

09.00 Pick up from the hotel and departure to: Sucevita, Marginea, Moldovita, Vama, Voronet, Gura Humorului. Visit to different rural guest houses in the area. Lunch in Rural pension “Inima Bucovinei” in Frasin.

MONDAY 19/05/08:

Departure. Transfer from Suceava city to the airport.
